Probes used in DefinSight will no longer work in TViewer.

FIRMWARE - V1.0.3.6 Latest

Latest firmware for DefinSight. Please update for the best user experience and compatibility with new software features.

If you are currently on firmware 1.0.2.0 you may update from within DefinSight. 

Update Instructions:

1. Connect scanner and tracker via cables. 

2. Start DefinSight.

3. Wait for scanner and tracker to initialize and connect.

4. Right click on green READY area in upper right corner.

5. Select Update Firmware.

6. Select the downloaded firmware file. 

If you are currently on firmware earlier than 1.0.2.0 you may update with the below steps.

Update Instructions (Please watch video first):

1. Download and install update tool 1.0.0.48. 

2. Connect scanner and tracker via cables.

3. Launch update tool.

4. Wait for scanner and tracker to initialize and display Serial number and current firmware version in upper area.

5. Watch video if your tracker does not display.

6. Click "Select upgrade package" button.

7. Select the downloaded firmware file and click "Open".

8.  Start update by clicking on the "Start to upgrade" button.
   
   

Power cycle the scanner and tracker once the firmware has finished updating.

1. Required if your current firmware is earlier than 1.0.2.0.
   
   

TVIEWER SOFTWARE - V4.1.0.7 

1. Only for NimbleTrack-C Gen1
   
   Requires firmware V1.0.0.38
   Please update firmware first.

2.  Requires firmware update tool v1.0.0.31
