FIRMWARE - V1.0.1.2 Latest

Latest firmware. Please update for the best user experience and compatibility with new software features.

If you are currently on firmware 1.0.0.31 you may update from within DefinSight.

Update Instructions:

1. Connect scanner via cables. 

2. Start DefinSight.

3. Wait for scanner to initialize and connect.

4. Right click on green READY area in upper right corner.

5. Select Update Firmware.

6. Select the downloaded firmware file. 

If you are currently on firmware earlier than 1.0.0.31 you may update with the below steps.

Update Instructions (Please watch video first):

1. Download and install update tool 1.0.0.48. 

1. Connect scanner via cables.

2. Launch update tool.

3. Wait for scanner to initialize and display serial number and current firmware version in Scanner area.

4. Click "Select upgrade package" button.

5. Select the downloaded firmware file and click "Open".

6.  Start update by clicking on the "Start to upgrade" button.

Power cycle the scanner once the firmware has finished updating.

1. Required if your current firmware is earlier than 1.0.0.31.
